When will you restock?
We are actively working on restocking our inventory soon, and we will keep you updated on the latest restocks and new collection drops through the Fluzmart. Please stay tuned.

We ship globally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We also offer payment methods through PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred payment method.
How much is shipping?
As a courtesy from Fluz, we offer free shipping on all orders.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 5-7 days. You’ll get an e-mail with the tracking info to follow it along the way.
What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?
Simply go to the Fluzmart site and click on “Contact Us” located at the bottom of the page.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it is placed?
At this time, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. However, we are actively working with our vendors to implement this in the future. We appreciate your patience and support.
